A little about the Spring for Sarah Masterclass

Sarah is a mindset coach, speaker and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master. Through her workshops and over 200+ speaking events, she's helped thousands train their brains harness their inner strength and seize opportunities for transformation.

With a BSc in Psychology and a BPEd, as-well as a Post Graduate in counselling, Sarah has been down the traditional counselling root. But, through overcoming her own personal loss, she's found that a more active approach far more beneficial in overcoming those mind blocks that prevent life enjoyment.
